  3. I hope you enjoy ELWOOD.FLC. Please feel free to distribute this
  4. animation provided that this file is also included.

  6. I created this animation using POV (Persistance of Vision) and DTA
  7. (Dave's Targa Animator).  The figure (Elwood) was modelled by hand
  8. using a 12" wooden sketch figurine.  The data files for the animation 
  9. were generated with some custom software that I have been working on. 
  10. I am hoping to have some PD versions of this SW available soon.

  12. One particularly "nice" effect is the way that his upper arm twists
  13. outward to catch the ball.
  14.  
  15. It took about 3 hours to render all 30 (320 x 320) frames HP-710 workstation.
